Nikaya was started because of the beauty and hard work we saw in our community. We wanted to support the traditional arts in Cambodia, but we wanted to go beyond that and support the grass-roots projects started by Journeys Within Our Community in Southeast Asia.

With this in mind we have developed our Giving Back page. Here you will find beautiful pieces that represent the empowerment of the artisans in Cambodia as well as opportunities to change lives.

Our vision is that our shoppers will not just buy one of our beautiful scarves, unique necklaces or trendy purses, but will also buy someone a chance…sponsor a student, give a microloan, support a school or put in a water well.
