Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy:

You may return any merchandise purchased at Nikaya within 20 days of purchase in accordance with the Return Procedures below.

• Returns of damaged items: Any item that is damaged upon receipt will be replaced or refunded in full.
• Returns of non-damaged items: customer may choose a refund of the purchase price less a 10% re-stocking fee or a store credit of the full purchase price.
• Gift Returns: gifts may be exchanged at nikayahandcrafted.com or a store credit will be issued. Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser.
• For any exchange or refund, the product must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging, and all accessories.
• Refunds will be issued in the original payment type.

Return Procedure:

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps within 20 days of purchase:

• Repack the gift in its original packaging, with the packing slip.
• Email Customer Service at customerservice@nikayahandcrafted.com to receive a gift return (GR) number and return shipping address.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Nikaya is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
